1. Order cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- Orders made until 9:00 am will be shipped after 11:00 on the same day, so you cannot cancel your order after 11:00 am.
- If you make a request for cancellation while your order is waiting for international shipping from the logistics center, it is refundable after deducting the domestic shipping fee.
- For inquiries about cancellation / exchange / return, please e-mail us on jsmbeauty_cs@qq.com or use a 1:1 bulletin board.
2. Exchange/Refund
- Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.
- The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons.
- If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.
- If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.

3. Cases when refund is not possible
- When there is no product failure/wrong delivery
- When no description is offered for reasons for refund
- When seal/tag of the product has been removed
- When the product is used or laundered at least once
- When the product is damaged/changed due to reason attributable to customer
- When product packaging (bag/case) is lost
- When the refund date has passed
- When the product or its packaging is damaged
4. Delivery Information
1) Shipping Charge
- The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).
2) Delivery Date
- Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed.
- The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.
- You can check the delivery information after the shipping has started through your email or My Page > Order Details Page.
3) Precautions (The delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to the circumstances below. We ask for your kind understanding.)
- Ordering is done during or before company’s holidays.
- Delivery coincides with company holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or summer holidays.
- High delivery traffic (e.g. due to bad weather)
- Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays, or festival days are sent on the next business day.
5. Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees,
which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import taxes, duties and customs fees are collected by your government and they have nothing to do with this site.
In case that the customer refuses to receive the parcel, the products are to be returned to Korea and will not be shipped again.
Relevant costs (round shipping, customs and etc) are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

배송관련 유의사항
- Shipping deadline: The shipping deadline is 9:00 AM for the first delivery and 2:00 PM for the second delivery on business days.
- Order cancellation before shipment is only possible when the product is being prepared. (Order cancellation is not possible when the delivery preparation status is in progress.)
- Shipping fee: Free shipping for payments over 30,000 won / 2,500 won for payments under 30,000 won.

- Delivery time: Orders placed before the shipping deadline Delivery takes 1-2 days (however, it may be delayed by 2-5 days due to courier and other circumstances.
교환 및 반품관련 유의사항
- Requests for exchange/return due to simple change of mind or purchase error can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. (Customer is responsible for shipping costs)
- Requests for exchange/return due to defective product or incorrect delivery can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. (Shipping fee borne by us)
- If the product you received is different from the product information on the site or if the contract is not fulfilled as agreed, you can apply for exchange/return within 3 months from the date you received the product. (Shipping fee borne by us)
- You can apply for exchange/return directly through the exchange/return menu in My Page.
- If a free gift/gift was provided when exchanging/returning the product, you must send it back with the product.
- When returning the product, the refund for the product price will be processed within 7 business days from the time the product is returned.
- Please note that if the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's mistake, it cannot be exchanged/returned.
- If the customer has used the product, it cannot be exchanged/returned.
- If a long time has passed since receiving the product or the product package has been damaged and the value of the product has decreased, it cannot be exchanged/returned.
