Q. Can I use the points and coupons at the same time?
You can use points and coupons at the same time. 
But, more than one coupon cannot be used at the same time.

Q. Where can I check my points and coupons?
If you log in, you can check it on My Page.

Q. What is the valid period of points and coupons?
▶ Earned points can be used for 24 months from the date it is earned, and points not used within the valid period will expire as of January 1 of each year.
(Example: Points to be expired on January 1, 2022:  ~ Points earned until December 31, 2020)
 
▶If the valid period of each issued coupon expires, the benefits will expire, and expired coupons cannot be claimed again.

Q. How do I use the points?
The points you have earned can be used at the official online mall of Jungsaemmool, and when you sign up for a new member, you will automatically earn $15. 

Minimum order : $30
Minimum points to be used : $20
Maximum points to be used : $50

※ If the order amount of one order number is $30 or more, you can use the points from $20 to $50. 
- You may not dispose of it to a third party such as transfer, inherit or provide security, or receive a refund in cash.
- If you cancel your membership, the accumulated points will expire, and once expired points cannot be recovered.
- Products purchased by points cannot be exchanged for other products or refunded. 
- Terms of use such as how to earn points may be changed after notification according to our business policy and circumstances.

Q. After using the product, I have skin problems. Can I return ...
If you think it is a side effect of using the product and you wish to exchange or return, the procedure is as follows: 

1) Apply for exchange or return on Jungsaemmool 1:1 bulletin board 
2) You must send the referral by a dermatologist by e-mail (csjsmbeauty@naver.com)
3) We will have a discussion with the manufacturer and give a refund 
(Shipping costs are born by Jungsaemmool)

※ 2/3 or more of product content must remain, and returns (refunds) requested due to the presence of side effects after using the product are not allowed after 30 days from the shipping date.

Q. How do I pay for return shipping?
If you want to return or exchange the product because it is defective or mis-delivered, the cost of return shipping is free, however, 
return charges (international shipping) apply if you are returning due to a change of mind or personal reasons.
There is no designated shipping company, and it must be shipped individually by the customer.

▶Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. 
※ Orders made until 9:00 am will be shipped after 11:00 on the same day, so you cannot cancel your order after 11:00 am. 
※ If you make a request for cancellation while your order is waiting for international shipping from the logistics center, it is refundable after deducting the domestic shipping fee. 

▶Exchange/Return
If you change your mind: You must request for an exchange / return within 7 days after receiving the product, and you must bear the cost (international shipping) of return. 
If the product is defective: You can request for an exchange / return within 30 days after receiving the product, and the seller will bear the cost of return.

※ However, exchanges/returns are not possible in the following cases: 
1. In the case the valid period for requesting a return specified in the website has passed. 
2. In the event the product is damaged due to the reasons attributable to the buyer.
3. In the case the value of the product is significantly reduced due to the use or partial consumption by the buyer.
4. In case the free gift or samples included in the product is missing.

But you can change the order details only when the order is waiting to be shipped. 
If it is sent to the logistics center in Korea and is ready for international shipping, you can change the order details after paying the domestic round-trip shipping fee.

You can purchase (order) as a member / non-member. 
If you are not a member, you can only track your order with the order number, and if you can't remember your order number, please e-mail us on csjsmbeauty@naver.com or use a 1:1 bulletin board

Q. About customs duties
Products purchased in the official online mall of Jungsaemmool are sent by international shipping from Korea, and require customs clearance as it is personal import. 
So, customs duties and VAT may be incurred in each country.

You may not check the exact amount of customs duties and VAT in advance as they are determined at customs clearance, and payment may be required upon receipt of the product from the delivery man.

Products purchased in the official online mall of Jungsaemmool are sent by international shipping from Korea, and require customs clearance as it is personal import. 
So, customs duties and VAT may be incurred in each country.
