Q. When can I get the product delivered?

Jungsaemmool sends products for shipping once a business day. Orders made before 9:00 am are sent to the logistics center on the same day and shipped within an average of 3 business days. Shipping times vary by country and region, but it takes 2-3 weeks on average. It may take more time during the holiday or due to increased volume, delayed customs clearance, etc.
