Powder is incredibly finely milled. Matt. No sheen particles at all. Can use to gently set under eye concealer without getting a 'thick' look. Does great setting makeup. Does not call attention to fine lines. I can keep applying through the day and it does not cake up! Awesome! Great packaging for carrying with you. Everything I look for in a powder.
